A clinic built around the consultation, not the treatment menu.

Most people arrive with one question: is this worth doing? We answer that first. The first appointment is long, unhurried and mostly conversation.

You leave with a written plan and the fee in writing, and you decide at home. Nobody will call to chase you.

Forty-minute first visits
Time to talk, examine and photograph, with nothing sold in the chair.
One clinician throughout
The person who plans your treatment is the person who carries it out.
The fee before you start
Every plan is written down with its cost, including what could change it.

Clear aligners, visit by visit

What actually happens between the first conversation and the last retainer check, at the pace it happens.

  1. Crowding noted on the four front teeth

    ConsultFirst visit, 40 minutes

We look before we suggest anything.

Dr. Rao checks your gums, bite and jaw, takes a few photographs and asks what actually bothers you about your smile. If aligners are not the right tool, you will hear that today.

Consultation fee is credited to treatment if you go ahead.

  2. 3D model built while you sit back

    ScanSame visit, about 6 minutes

A 3D scan instead of a mouthful of putty.

A slim handheld scanner records every tooth in three dimensions while you sit back. You watch the model build on the screen beside the chair.

Nothing to bite on, no gagging trays.

  3. 24 aligner stages, tooth by tooth

    PlanWithin a week

You see where each tooth will go, and the fee.

We walk you through the planned movement tooth by tooth, the number of aligner stages, what could slow it down and the full cost in writing. You take the plan home and decide in your own time.

Most plans run between 14 and 30 stages.

  4. Aligner 14 of 24

    TreatUsually 6 to 12 months

A new set of aligners every week or two.

Clear trays worn about 22 hours a day, out for meals and brushing. Check-ins every six to eight weeks, some of them by video, and small tooth-coloured attachments only where a tooth needs extra grip.

You can pause for a wedding or a trip; tell us early.

  5. Retainer fitted, reviews at 3 and 12 months

    AftercareFrom the last aligner onwards

Keeping teeth where we moved them.

Teeth drift if you let them. You leave with a fine bonded wire behind the front teeth and a clear night retainer, and we see you again at three and twelve months at no charge.

Replacement night retainers are made from your saved scan.

What changes, drawn rather than photographed

We never put patients' faces or mouths on a website. These drawings show the kind of change a plan aims for; your own photographs stay in your notes.

Crowded front teeth, after about nine months of aligners

The lateral incisors are turned and tucked behind their neighbours; the canines sit forward. After treatment the arch is an even curve and every tooth is easier to clean.

The three people who will see you

Small on purpose. You will know your clinician by name, and they will know your history without reading it off a screen.

  • Gloved hands holding a clear aligner up to soft window light

    Dr. Ananya Rao

    Orthodontist, leads aligner care

Plans every aligner case herself and sees it through to the last retainer check. Known for talking people out of treatment they do not need.

Sees patients: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday late clinic

  • Dental instruments laid out in a row on a pale linen tray

    Dr. Karan Mehta

    General and restorative dentist

Fillings, crowns, implants and the patients who have not seen a dentist in years. Explains each step before he picks up an instrument.

    Sees patients: Tuesday to Saturday

  • Amber glass dropper bottles and a folded cotton towel on a stone shelf

    Dr. Farah Siddiqui

    Consultant dermatologist

Treats acne, pigmentation and sensitive skin, starting with what you already use. Prefers prescriptions and patience to packages.

    Sees patients: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Questions people ask before booking

Anything else, write to hello@arogya.example and a clinician, not a sales team, will reply.

Yes. If you go ahead with a plan within three months, the consultation fee is taken off the first invoice.

Yes. Choose “Both, back to back” when you book and we will put the two appointments together, usually 70 minutes in all.

Tell us when you book. We keep the first and last slots of the day for nervous patients, the first visit is only a conversation and a look, and nothing is done without you agreeing to it in the chair.

Most people feel pressure for a day or two with each new set, like a tight hair tie. Over-the-counter pain relief is rarely needed after the first fortnight.

We see children from age eight for check-ups and hygiene. Orthodontic treatment for under-twelves is referred to a paediatric specialist we trust.

Aligner and implant plans can be spread over up to twelve months at no extra cost. Everything else is paid on the day.

The clinic is on the first floor with a lift from the street entrance, step-free throughout, and one treatment room is large enough to stay in your wheelchair for skin consultations.
