Professional Business Email Without Per-Mailbox Fees

Many email suites charge every month for every user. Across a growing team, or across several websites, that cost keeps rising. Cheaper server email has the opposite problem: messages often land in spam because the sending server has no reputation.

On our own WHM server, mailboxes live in cPanel and outgoing mail is relayed through Amazon SES, the sending service from Amazon Web Services. This lets every site have the professional addresses it needs, within its hosting storage, and it is usually much cheaper than per-mailbox plans.

• Amazon SES domain verification and DKIM signing
• SPF, DMARC and a custom MAIL FROM domain
• Bounce and complaint monitoring, so sending stays healthy
• Contact form and application emails from your website, sent through Amazon SES

• Email sent this way still has a cost. Amazon bills sending per email, and hosting has its own cost.
• It suits business correspondence and website notifications. It is not meant for bulk marketing campaigns, and Amazon enforces bounce and complaint limits.
• Mailboxes are stored on the server, so very large mailboxes need planning.

Is this email free?

No. There is no per-mailbox fee, but Amazon bills sending per email and hosting has a cost. For most businesses the total is low.

How many email addresses can I have?

As many as your business needs, within the storage of your hosting account.

Will my emails go to spam?

We configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC and send through Amazon SES, which helps receiving servers trust your mail. No provider can guarantee inbox placement.

Can I use this email on my phone, Gmail app or Outlook?

Yes. Mailboxes work over IMAP and SMTP, and webmail is also available.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of domains and users, so it is available on request.
