ProductLiveB2B marketplace PO & sales operations
Track every marketplace purchase order from receipt to delivery — inventory, production, picking, packing, dispatch, and transit — with department workbenches, SLA signals, sales dashboards, and reports.
Sales Journey Tracker is a self-hosted sales-operations platform for brands that sell B2B to online marketplaces and retail channels through purchase orders. Each marketplace PO is entered once with its SKU lines, and every department then works on that same PO as it moves through a controlled journey: inventory verification, production for shortages, delivery appointment where the marketplace needs one, picking, packing, invoice details, dispatch with courier and AWB/LR, in transit, and delivered.
Because every stage records its timestamps and quantities, the same facts power department workbenches, SLA and delay signals, a sales intelligence dashboard, PO and journey analytics, a business-intelligence engine with health scores, a rule-based decision advisor, and more than twenty exportable reports.
It is not a CRM. A CRM manages leads and follow-ups before a sale is won; Sales Journey Tracker starts after the order arrives and tracks fulfilment, revenue pipeline, and delivery performance. It is deployed per business on that business's own server and database — not a shared multi-tenant SaaS.

Consumer brands and manufacturers that receive purchase orders from online marketplaces, quick-commerce, and retail channels. Typical users are PO entry staff, inventory, production, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams, operations managers, and owners or management who review sales and delivery performance.
Marketplace purchase orders pass through many hands — stock check, production, appointment, picking, packing, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery — and progress usually lives in spreadsheets and chat groups. Nobody can say quickly which POs are stuck, which department is delaying orders, or how much revenue is blocked by shortages.
Sales Journey Tracker keeps one shared record per PO, allows only valid stage transitions, and turns each stage's facts into live dashboards, SLA alerts, and reports so owners see pipeline, bottlenecks, and delivery performance without chasing updates.
