The work is the environment a website runs on: hosting setup, management of that environment, WHM and cPanel administration, deploying a site onto it, configuration, and troubleshooting. Backups and ongoing care of that hosting environment are included only when they are part of the agreed scope.

The problem this service solves

A website needs a place to run, and that place has to be configured. When accounts, domains, files, or the panel are left unclear, publishing the site and making routine changes is harder. This service is that hosting work. It does not build the website, and it does not replace a separate agreement for software maintenance.

How the work proceeds

Understand the hosting need. We start from what must be hosted and how WHM or cPanel is used for it.
Agree the scope. Setup, configuration, deployment, backups, troubleshooting, and any ongoing administration of the hosting environment are written down before the work is done.
Set up and configure. The environment is prepared against that record, and the site is deployed when deployment is in scope.
Review it against the scope. The result is checked against what was agreed, and corrected where it does not match.
Hand over the environment. You receive the hosting setup and a written record of what is in place and which ongoing administration is included.

This service is hosting administration with WHM and cPanel.

Business websites, cloud and AWS infrastructure, IT infrastructure support, and software maintenance are separate services. They are not included here unless agreed on their own.

No. Software maintenance and support is a separate service. Care of the hosting and cPanel environment belongs to this service, and only to the extent that was agreed.
