AWS & Cloud Infrastructure Services

Software has to run somewhere. When the environment, the configuration, or the day-to-day operation is unfinished, the software is harder to keep running. This service is that infrastructure work: putting the agreed environment in place, configuring it, and carrying the operations that were included in the scope.

1. Understand what must run. We start from the software that needs an environment and whether AWS is the environment for it.
2. Agree the scope. What is deployed, how it is configured, and which ongoing operations are included are written down before the work is done.
3. Deploy and configure. The environment is set up against that record.
4. Review it against the scope. The result is checked against what was agreed, and corrected where it does not match.
5. Hand over the environment. You receive the deployed setup and a written record of what is in place and which operations are included.

• The agreed cloud environment, including AWS when that is the environment
• Configuration for what was agreed to run there
• A written record of what was deployed and which ongoing operations are included

This service is cloud infrastructure, including AWS, covering deployment, management, and maintenance of software infrastructure. Attention to reliability, configuration, security, and ongoing operations is part of that work.

Hosting, WHM, and cPanel management is a separate service. IT infrastructure and technical support is a separate service. Software maintenance and support is a separate service. Those are not included here unless agreed on their own.

Deploying software infrastructure in a cloud environment, managing that environment, and maintaining the operations that were agreed. AWS is included when it is the environment for that work.

Is this only Amazon Web Services?

The service covers cloud environments, including AWS.

Do you guarantee uptime or a lower cloud bill?

No. The environment is deployed and operated to the agreed scope. Uptime and cost savings are not promised.

Does this include website hosting or cPanel?

No. Hosting, WHM, and cPanel management is a separate service.

What does security mean here?

It means practical attention to how the environment is configured and operated. It is not a certification, a formal audit, or a promise that the environment cannot fail.
