Context
Institutional purchase and approval work needed a structured digital workflow so requests could be reviewed consistently, with clearer cost visibility and reporting — rather than fragmented offline or ad-hoc processes.
What we built
Spiritech delivered an Approval Management System publicly presented as RIT-AMS at https://apms.rit.edu.in (opens in a new tab). Confirmed areas include purchase approval, cost control and cost visibility, reports, and related approval workflows. Public pages are login-walled; authenticated module screens are not inventoried beyond those confirmed areas.
